2. Scope and acceptance of these Terms
These Terms apply when you:
-
access or use the website;
-
create or use a website account;

You should read these Terms together with our:
-
Refund and Cancellation Policy;
-
Digital Fulfilment and Delivery Policy;
-
Privacy Policy;
-
Cookie Policy;
-
any specific information displayed on the relevant product or subscription page.
Where a product or subscription page contains specific terms that differ from these general Terms, those specific terms will apply to that purchase to the extent of the difference.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
3. What 2Jour Stylist provides
2Jour Stylist is an independent digital fashion, editorial and industry-analysis platform.
The website may provide:

digital fashion lookbooks;

unretouched photographs and try-on videos;
-
product reference codes;
-
sizing, fit and styling observations;
-
free editorial articles and commentary;

paid reports, analyses and case studies;

one-off purchases providing time-limited access to individual digital publications;

recurring subscriptions providing access to selected digital content;

The exact content, features, access period and purchase conditions are stated on the relevant product or subscription page.
4. Fashion products displayed on the website
Clothing, footwear, accessories, beauty products and other third-party products shown in lookbooks, try-ons, articles and product-reference pages are not sold by 2Jour Stylist.
They are displayed for editorial, informational, review, styling and lookbook purposes.
Individual product pages may contain the following notice:
The fashion item shown on this page is not sold by 2Jour Stylist. It is presented for editorial and informational purposes. Any purchase is made directly from the relevant brand or retailer through its external website.
Where you follow a link to a brand, retailer or other third-party seller, any resulting purchase is a separate transaction between you and that third party.
2Jour Stylist is not the seller of the featured product and is not responsible for:
-
the product supplied;
-
its price or availability;
-
payment processing;
-
delivery or collection;
-
customs duties or taxes;
-
returns or refunds;
-
quality, condition or authenticity;
-
warranties;
-
the third party’s customer service;
-
the security, content or operation of the third party’s website.
The relevant brand or retailer may change product prices, availability, descriptions, materials, sizing information and external links without notice.
5. Separate consultancy website
Consultancy services are offered through a separate website and are not supplied through purchases made on 2jour-stylist.com.
A link or reference to the separate consultancy website does not make consultancy part of:
-
a 2Jour Stylist subscription;
-
a one-off digital-content purchase;
-
website membership;
-
a member area;
-
these Terms.
Any consultancy engagement is governed by the separate website, proposal, scope of work and agreement applicable to that engagement.
6. Brand and retailer lookbook projects
2Jour Stylist may enter into separate project-based agreements with brands or retailers for lookbook production, content creation or related collaborations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these projects:
-
are not purchased through the standard website checkout;
-
are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or written agreement;
-
have separate fees and payment conditions;
-
have separate deliverables and timelines;
-
have separate approval, cancellation and termination conditions;
-
have separate intellectual-property and usage-right provisions;
-
are not included in a website subscription or one-off digital-content purchase.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to make a purchase through the website.
Where you purchase on behalf of a company, employer or other organisation, you confirm that:
-
you have authority to act on its behalf;
-
the information you provide is accurate;
-
the organisation agrees to be bound by these Terms.
8. Consumer and business customers
You are a consumer where you purchase wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession.
You are a business customer where you purchase wholly or mainly for professional, commercial or organisational purposes.
Certain statutory protections, including consumer withdrawal rights, apply only to consumers.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory protection that applies to you under applicable law.
9. Website accounts
Some digital content requires a registered website account.
You must:
-
provide accurate and current account information;
-
use an email address that you can access;
-
keep your login details and password confidential;
-
promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised account access;
-
not create an account using a false identity;
-
not use another person’s information without permission;
-
not transfer or sell your account;
-
not share an individual account unless the relevant plan expressly permits multiple users.
An individual subscription may be used only by the registered account holder unless the applicable plan expressly states otherwise.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless that activity results from a security failure attributable to 2Jour Stylist.
10. Digital-product and subscription descriptions
Before completing a purchase, you should review the relevant product or subscription page, including:
-
the title and description;
-
the content included;
-
the access period;
-
whether the purchase is one-off or recurring;
-
the subscription billing interval;
-
the amount payable immediately;
-
any joining fee;
-
the future renewal price;
-
the method of digital delivery;
-
any material technical requirements;
-
any relevant access restrictions.
The description displayed when you complete the purchase forms part of the contract.
Unless a particular publication frequency is expressly promised on the relevant product or subscription page, a subscription does not guarantee that a specific number of new articles, reports or case studies will be published during a particular week or month.
11. Prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless another currency is shown at checkout.
The total mandatory amount payable will be displayed before you complete the purchase.
Where a subscription includes a joining fee, the initial total may include:
-
the first subscription payment; and
-
the one-time joining fee.
The future renewal amount and billing interval will be displayed separately.
Any applicable tax will be handled as displayed at checkout and as required by law.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own:
-
currency-conversion rate;
-
international transaction charge;
-
payment-processing fee.
These independent charges are outside the control of 2Jour Stylist.
12. Joining fees
Where a joining fee applies, it will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Unless the relevant plan expressly states otherwise:
-
the joining fee is payable with the first subscription payment;
-
it is charged when the subscription is initially started;
-
it is not charged again on routine automatic renewals;
-
it does not purchase consultancy or personalised advice;
-
it forms part of the initial digital-content subscription purchase.
Where a former subscriber enters into a new subscription after the previous subscription has ended, a new joining fee may apply only where it is clearly disclosed before the new purchase is completed.
13. Payment
Payment must be made through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
By providing payment information, you confirm that:
-
you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
-
the payment information is accurate;
-
the payment may be processed by the relevant payment provider;
-
for a recurring subscription, the payment method may be charged at each renewal until the subscription is cancelled.
We do not necessarily receive or retain your complete payment-card information.
Payment providers may independently carry out fraud-prevention, identity or security checks.
14. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant digital product or subscription.
A contract is formed when:
-
payment is successfully authorised; and
-
we issue an order confirmation or activate the purchased access.
We may decline or cancel an order before access begins where:
-
payment has not been authorised;
-
fraud or unauthorised payment is reasonably suspected;
-
the displayed price or product description contains an obvious error;
-
the digital product is no longer available;
-
the purchase cannot be connected to a valid account;
-
supplying the product would breach applicable law.
Where payment has already been taken and we cancel the order before supplying access, the relevant payment will be refunded.
15. Digital fulfilment
Paid products are supplied electronically.
No physical product is shipped as part of a digital-publication purchase or subscription.
Following successful payment, you will normally receive:
-
an on-screen confirmation;
-
an email confirming the purchase;
-
access through the website account linked to the purchase.
Access will normally begin immediately or shortly after successful payment.
Activation may occasionally take longer because of:
-
payment verification;
-
account-matching issues;
-
security checks;
-
temporary technical problems;
-
required manual review.
Full delivery and access information is provided in the Digital Fulfilment and Delivery Policy.
16. One-off digital purchases
A product described as a one-off digital purchase does not automatically renew unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
payment is taken once;
-
access begins when the digital product is activated;
-
access remains available for the period displayed before purchase;
-
access expires automatically at the end of that period;
-
no further payment is taken.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the digital publication or its intellectual-property rights.
17. Recurring subscriptions
A subscription described as recurring renews automatically at the billing interval displayed before purchase until it is cancelled.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise 2Jour Stylist and its payment provider to charge:
-
the initial subscription payment;
-
any clearly disclosed joining fee;
-
each subsequent renewal payment.
Each successful renewal extends access for the next subscription period.
A subscription may include access to existing and newly published content as described on the relevant subscription page.
18. Cancelling future automatic renewals
You may cancel future automatic renewals:
-
through your website account or subscription-management area, where this function is available; or
-
by contacting contact@2jour-stylist.com.
Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid subscription period.
After cancellation:
-
no further routine renewal payments will be taken;
-
access will normally continue until the end of the current paid period;
-
access will expire when that period ends.
Cancelling automatic renewal does not ordinarily entitle you to a refund for the current paid period.
A valid cancellation request submitted before a renewal payment is due will apply to that renewal, even where administrative processing is completed later.
Where a renewal payment has already been processed before cancellation, the cancellation will ordinarily prevent the following renewal but will not automatically produce a refund for the period that has already begun.
Any mandatory cancellation or refund right available under applicable law remains unaffected.
19. Subscription price changes
We may change the price of a recurring subscription.
Where a price change affects an existing subscriber, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price is charged.
You may cancel future renewal before the new price takes effect.
A price increase will not normally be applied retrospectively to a subscription period that has already been paid for.
20. Consumer withdrawal rights
Where you purchase as a consumer, you may have a statutory period during which you can withdraw from an online contract without giving a reason.
Special rules apply where online digital content is supplied immediately.
Your withdrawal and refund rights are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory withdrawal right that remains available to you.
21. Immediate access to digital content
2Jour Stylist ordinarily provides access to purchased digital content immediately or shortly after successful payment.
Before immediate access begins, a consumer may be required to:
-
expressly request that supply of the digital content begins before the end of the applicable statutory withdrawal period; and
-
acknowledge that the statutory right to withdraw will be lost once supply of the digital content begins.
Where you provide that express request and acknowledgement and access begins, you will no longer have a statutory right to withdraw from the current purchase merely because:
-
you have changed your mind;
-
you have read or reviewed some or all of the content;
-
you no longer require the information;
-
you have not used the subscription as much as expected;
-
you disagree with an editorial opinion, conclusion or analysis;
-
you cancel future automatic renewal.
Where the legally required consent, acknowledgement or contract confirmation has not been obtained, any statutory withdrawal right will remain available as required by law.
22. Refunds and statutory digital-content rights
Payments are not ordinarily refundable once immediate digital access has begun following the consumer’s express request and acknowledgement of the loss of the applicable withdrawal right.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the digital content:
-
is not of satisfactory quality;
-
is not fit for a purpose expressly made known and accepted at the time of purchase;
-
is materially different from its description;
-
cannot be accessed because of a problem attributable to 2Jour Stylist;
-
is not supplied for the agreed access period;
-
has been charged incorrectly.
Where a problem occurs, we may first take reasonable steps to:
-
restore access;
-
correct the account;
-
provide the correct content;
-
repair or replace an unavailable or corrupted file;
-
extend the access period;
-
correct an incorrect charge.
Where the problem cannot be corrected within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund under applicable law.
Full refund and cancellation conditions are provided in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
23. Licence to use website content
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the purchased content during the applicable access period.
The content may be used for:
-
your personal reference; or
-
your own internal professional, commercial or organisational reference.
No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
The licence does not permit you to provide access to another person or organisation unless the relevant plan expressly includes multiple-user access.
24. Restrictions on use
Unless you have received prior written permission from 2Jour Stylist, you must not:
-
share account credentials;
-
allow another person to use an individual subscription;
-
reproduce or republish substantial parts of the content;
-
forward or distribute paid publications;
-
upload paid content to another website, shared drive, database or platform;
-
sell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the content;
-
systematically scrape, crawl, copy or extract website content;
-
circumvent access or payment controls;
-
remove copyright, attribution or rights notices;
-
use the content to create a competing publication, database, subscription or service;
-
present the content or analysis as your own work;
-
use the content to train, populate, evaluate or develop an artificial-intelligence model or commercial dataset;
-
obtain or attempt to obtain paid content without authorisation or payment.
Reasonable short quotations may be used where permitted by law and accompanied by appropriate attribution.
25. Downloadable materials
Where a subscription or digital product includes downloadable executive summaries or other files, you may download and retain those files for your personal or internal professional reference.
Downloading a file:
-
does not transfer ownership;
-
does not remove copyright protection;
-
does not give you permission to redistribute it;
-
does not permit publication or commercial resale.
Downloaded materials must not be shared, uploaded, sold, republished or distributed without prior written permission.
Any permitted continued use after subscription expiry remains subject to these licence restrictions.
26. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original:
-
written content;
-
reports and analysis;
-
photographs;
-
videos;
-
graphics;
-
layouts and design;
-
selection and arrangement of material;
-
original digital publications;
-
branding and website elements
are owned by or licensed to 2Jour Stylist.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Third-party trade marks, brand names, product names, photographs and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
The appearance of a brand or product on 2jour-stylist.com does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless expressly stated.
27. Editorial independence and accuracy
2Jour Stylist provides independent editorial observations, opinions and strategic analysis.
We take reasonable care when preparing and publishing content. However, we cannot guarantee that all third-party information will remain continuously accurate, available or current.
Brands and retailers may change information without notice, including:
-
prices;
-
availability;
-
product descriptions;
-
colours and materials;
-
measurements;
-
sizing information;
-
product codes;
-
external links.
You should verify important product and purchasing information directly with the relevant brand or retailer before making a purchase.
Sizing, fit and wear observations are based on the item, person and circumstances shown. They do not guarantee that an item will fit, feel or appear in the same way on another person.
Colours and visual details may appear differently because of lighting, photography, device settings and screen calibration.
Editorial opinions, conclusions and assessments are judgments and may differ from those of brands, retailers, other professionals or readers.
28. No personalised consultancy or regulated advice
Website publications are provided for general editorial, informational, analytical and educational purposes.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, website content does not constitute:
-
personalised consultancy;
-
legal advice;
-
financial or investment advice;
-
tax advice;
-
another regulated professional service.
Content supplied through the website is not a substitute for professional advice based on the specific circumstances of an individual or business.
You remain responsible for your own purchasing, commercial, professional and strategic decisions.
No particular commercial, financial or professional outcome is guaranteed as a result of using the website or its content.
29. External links and third-party services
The website may contain or use links to:
-
brand and retailer websites;
-
payment processors;
-
hosting providers;
-
video or media services;
-
membership tools;
-
social-media platforms;
-
other third-party websites and services.
External websites and services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies and business practices.
We are not responsible for:
-
their availability;
-
their security;
-
their content;
-
their products or services;
-
changes made to their websites;
-
loss resulting solely from a separate transaction with that third party.
Where a link is sponsored, paid or affiliate-based, this will be identified where required by applicable law.
30. User contributions and member areas
Where the website permits comments, posts, messages, group participation or other user contributions, you must not submit material that is:
-
unlawful;
-
threatening, abusive, harassing or discriminatory;
-
defamatory or knowingly false;
-
fraudulent or misleading;
-
infringing intellectual-property rights;
-
infringing privacy or confidentiality rights;
-
promotional spam;
-
malicious or technically harmful;
-
unrelated to the intended purpose of the website feature.
You retain ownership of original content you submit.
You grant 2Jour Stylist a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and technically process that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the relevant website feature.
We may moderate, restrict or remove content that breaches these Terms.
31. Website availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website at every moment.
Access may occasionally be affected by:
-
planned maintenance;
-
security updates;
-
technical faults;
-
hosting or payment-provider issues;
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to:
-
maintain access;
-
minimise interruptions;
-
correct material faults;
-
restore paid content within a reasonable time.
Where a material interruption attributable to 2Jour Stylist significantly reduces a paid access period, we may provide:
-
an access extension;
-
alternative access;
-
an appropriate price reduction;
-
a refund where required by law.
A short interruption that does not materially affect the overall paid access period will not ordinarily create an entitlement to a refund.
32. Changes to website content
We may correct, update, reorganise or improve website content and functionality.
We may remove or amend free content at our discretion.
We may also correct:
-
factual errors;
-
broken links;
-
formatting issues;
-
technical problems;
-
outdated product references.
During an active paid period, we will not intentionally remove the central purchased content or materially reduce the principal benefits of the relevant digital product or subscription without providing an appropriate alternative or remedy.
33. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:
-
payment is overdue, reversed or fraudulent;
-
account credentials are being shared without permission;
-
paid content is being copied or distributed unlawfully;
-
automated scraping or extraction is taking place;
-
website security is being threatened;
-
the website or another user is being harmed or misused;
-
these Terms have been materially breached;
-
suspension is required for legal or security reasons.
Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable breach.
Where access is suspended or terminated because of serious misuse, fraud or material breach, no refund will ordinarily be payable except where required by law.
Where we permanently discontinue paid access for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will provide an appropriate remedy for any material unused portion of the paid period.
34. Privacy and cookies
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The website may use essential and optional cookies and similar technologies as explained in the Cookie Policy.
Payment information is processed by the payment providers offered at checkout.
We do not necessarily receive or retain complete payment-card details.
35. Liability to consumers
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by:
-
our breach of these Terms; or
-
our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Loss or damage is foreseeable where it is an obvious consequence of our breach or where both you and 2Jour Stylist knew, when the contract was formed, that the loss or damage might occur.
We are not responsible for:
-
business or commercial losses suffered by a consumer;
-
loss caused by inaccurate information independently supplied by a third-party brand or retailer;
-
loss arising from a separate transaction between you and a third-party seller;
-
loss caused by your failure to follow reasonable access or security instructions;
-
loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was formed.
Nothing in this section restricts your statutory rights relating to digital content.
36. Liability to business customers
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the preceding sentence and to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to a business customer for:
-
indirect or consequential loss;
-
loss of profit;
-
loss of revenue;
-
loss of business;
-
loss of opportunity;
-
loss of goodwill;
-
loss of anticipated savings;
-
loss resulting from reliance on general editorial opinion or strategic analysis.
Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability relating to a particular subscription or digital purchase will not exceed the total amount paid by the relevant business customer for that product or subscription during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
37. Events outside our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, provided that we take reasonable steps to minimise its effects.
Such events may include:
-
significant internet or hosting failure;
-
payment-network failure;
-
cyberattack;
-
natural disaster;
-
government action;
-
widespread infrastructure disruption;
-
failure of a critical third-party service outside our control.
Where such an event materially affects paid access, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.
This section does not remove any mandatory statutory right.
38. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
-
changes in law;
-
changes in website functionality;
-
changes to payment or subscription systems;
-
security requirements;
-
changes to the digital products offered;
-
clarification of existing provisions.
The version applying to an individual purchase will ordinarily be the version accepted when that contract was formed.
Material changes affecting an existing recurring subscription will be communicated where required.
A change to these Terms will not retrospectively remove any right already acquired under an existing contract.
39. Transfer of rights and obligations
You may not transfer your website account, subscription or rights under these Terms without our prior written agreement.
We may transfer our rights or obligations to another person or business where doing so does not reduce your contractual or statutory rights.
40. Severability
If a court or competent authority finds any provision of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Where possible, the unlawful or unenforceable provision will be treated as modified only to the extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
41. No waiver
A delay or failure by either party to enforce a right does not mean that the right has been waived.
A waiver relating to one breach does not automatically apply to any later breach.
42. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Where you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection available under the law of the country in which you ordinarily reside.
Consumers may bring proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
Business customers agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
43. Contact and complaints
Questions, complaints, cancellation requests and digital-access problems should be sent to:
Email: contact@2jour-stylist.com
Please include:
-
your full name;
-
the email address linked to your account;
-
the relevant order or transaction number;
-
the name of the product or subscription;
-
a clear description of the issue.
We will aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and respond within a reasonable time.
